Hi everyone,
Once again, I'm sorry for the late post, but this week has been a little hectic. Luckily, we're back in the house. Our trees had very little damage, but the trees next door did not fare so well. Two major limbs came down off the maples, and the old apple trees lost a third of their branches, on our power lines, but who's counting.
If I can snag a couple of pictures tomorrow, I'll add them to this post. So here's your friendly reminder if you live in an older neighborhood with really large trees. Please hire an arborist to prune them from time to time. You won't regret it, and neither will your neighbors. We had our trees pruned two years ago, and the difference between our yard and our neighbor's yard right now is striking. Trees are lovely, let's all take good care of them.
In other news, I'm feeling a bit hopeful about a lot of things. I'm on the razor's edge of some very good news. So keep posted. Things are about to get exciting around here. Really exciting.
If all goes well, I hope to have some big announcements this week.
In the mean time, I'm going to try to go to an exercise class tomorrow. Wish me luck. I don't normally do to well at these things, seeing as how I don't like pain very much. Still, I want to start taking better care of myself, so I'm going to do my best to stick it out.
That's all for now. I'm very relieved to be back home in a warm house.
Happy reading!
Jess

I hope things go well with the project you can't tell us about yet. {Smile}
