Random News

Hi everyone,

I went out and did some things to take care of me today. I bought some new comfy and warm, but nice looking clothes for fall, got a haircut, and bought new glasses. I'm feeling pretty good, except my eyes are still wonky from the eye exam, so I'll keep this short.

Here's what's going on in Grangerland.

First of all, check out this adorable JibJab my friend and fellow author Cynthia Eden made. I find it ironic that I ended up as Dracula, since I've got a well known thing against vampires. It cracked me up. I especially like Frankenstein.

Keep an eye on Cynthia's blog because the last week of October, she's posting a fun paranormal round-robin story I helped write with the other authors featured in the JibJab. The details for the round robin are included in the post about the JibJab, so follow that link on over to Cindy's blog for lots of fun.

In other news, I'll be participating in a large signing at the Ohio State University Campus Bookstore on October 30th between 11:00-2:00. Check out the link for more information including some of the other authors who will be there. It should be a great event for everyone interested in Fantasy.

Okay, my eyes hurt, and I don't have much other news, so I'll be signing off now.

Happy reading,

Jess

I'm glad you're taking care of yourself. I find that's pretty important. {Smile}

That video is neat. I particularly liked the subtitles - I was able to follow along the first time thru, despite my moderate hearing loss. {SMILE}

I hope you'll mention that round-robin story closer to the date, too. I don't want to forget to read it. {Smile}

I will point out the round robin story again. I just didn't want anyone to miss the Jib Jab, because it cracked me up.
